Google

Hotjar

Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our user's experience (for example, how much time they spend on which pages, which links they click, what users do and don’t like, and so on). This enables us to build and maintain our service with recorded user feedback. 

Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices.  Examples include:

• IP address - captured and stored only in anonymized form
• device screen size
• device type - unique device identifiers
• browser information
• geographic location - country only
• preferred language used to display our website

HubSpot

HubSpot is Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software which we use to correspond with potential and existing customers, store important information about their upcoming trips, and provide marketing information.

HubSpot uses cookies to:

• track user behaviour on our website, such as measuring which pages users visit and how they interact with the website and our marketing materials.
• store information users provide when completing forms on our website or using our live chat tool. This enables us to remember you if you return on the same device, and saves you time re-entering the same information twice. Also, it helps us route returning visitors to the same contact they spoke to the first time they visited the website.
