Cookie Policy

This website uses cookies to give you the best experience possible. Here you will find out more about the cookies we use, why we use them and how you can disable them if you wish.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small and simple text files sent by web servers (which host the website you are looking at) to your web browser (such as Chrome or Firefox). They are stored on your hard disk or in the memory of your computer.

This information is then sent back to the web server every time you visit a page on the website. It acts as a form of identification and helps with things such as making pages load faster.

Why do we use cookies?

Thanks to cookies, our site runs more efficiently, and your experience will be better. We can determine what information is important for our visitors and what isn’t. Images and pages can be loaded quickly and you have access to various social media sharing facilities.

We can also use data from cookies to improve the content of our website so that you get to read better pages and use the website more efficiently.

What cookies do we use?

We currently use first-party cookies to check if you have accepted our cookie policy.

We also use third party cookies for collecting data on how people use our website. We use this data to analyse areas that need improving so that we can offer you a better experience.

Google

We use cookies from Google for many reasons, including:

  • Google Analytics, which measures which pages users visit and how they interact with our website, such as the time you spend on the page. We are not able to use this data to identify you personally, and it allows us to learn more about how we can improve our website for our visitors.
  • Google Ads, which allows us to measure the performance of advertising campaigns run through Google's various advertising networks. Opting-in to these cookies would allow us to serve you with personalised ads based both on how you interact with our website, and any information that Google stores about you. Opting-out would not prevent you from seeing our ads, but they would likely be less relevant and useful to you.
  • Google reCAPTCHA, which we use to prevent spam submissions of our website forms. If Google's reCAPTCHA tool suspects that a form submission is spam, it will pop up an interactive question for the user to complete. Once it is satisfied that you are a real user, it will allow you to continue to submit the form.

You can read more about Google's privacy policy and terms of service here. This includes options for how to choose what data Google stores about you.

Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity, a web analytics service provided by Microsoft, to collect information about how visitors use our website. This information helps us to improve our website and your experience.

Microsoft Clarity uses cookies to collect information such as:

  • The pages you visit on our website
  • The time you spend on each page
  • The links you click on
  • Your IP address
  • Your browser type and version
  • Your operating system
  • Screen recording of individual visits

By default, Clarity automatically detects data likely to contain PII (personally identifiable information) like input fields and numbers. This data is masked on the client and never reaches Clarity servers.

You can learn more about Microsoft Clarity and its privacy policy on their website.

HubSpot

HubSpot is Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software which we use to correspond with potential and existing customers, store important information about their upcoming trips, and provide marketing information.

HubSpot uses cookies to:

  • track user behaviour on our website, such as measuring which pages users visit and how they interact with the website and our marketing materials.
  • store information users provide when completing forms on our website or using our live chat tool. This enables us to remember you if you return on the same device, and saves you time re-entering the same information twice. Also, it helps us route returning visitors to the same contact they spoke to the first time they visited the website.

You can read more information about how HubSpot uses cookies on their website here.

Meta

We use cookies from Meta for advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.  These cookies track when users click on our ads and then perform actions on our website. This helps us create more relevant advertising and promote our projects to a wider audience.

You can read more about how Meta uses cookies on their website here.
